Do you work remotely?
Many services are delivered online using plans, photographs supplied by the client and live conversation. On-site reviews are available where appropriate.
How are service fees presented?
Each catalog service shows an investment guide and scope. We confirm the final scope, assumptions and next steps before work begins.
Can you recommend contractors?
We can clarify handoff information and discuss suitable project coordination needs. Contractor appointment remains the client's responsibility.
Do you purchase furniture and materials?
Our procurement roadmap can organize purchasing priorities and lead times. The agreed service scope will state whether ordering support is included.
How long does a project take?
Timing depends on the service, project scale, decision speed and external suppliers. Each package lists a typical design period for planning purposes.
What should I prepare for a first conversation?
